Last night in his state of the state address, Gov. Baldacci announced the expansion of the Maine Learning Technology Initiative in to high school. In short, that means that students and teachers from 7th grade to 12th grade are going to have a laptop for learning. All of them. That is a big change in the classroom. Time to adjust.
